The Dave Platt Players Player Trophy

In  January 2023 TLC Golf  Society were shocked and saddened by the sudden loss of one of its most popular members 

Dave Platt. 

An amazing character who had a zest for life and was the heart and soul of any party, gathering or golf day.

A devoted husband and father, a life long Gooner, Taxi driver, golfer and a true gentleman. 

Platty was always smiling and laughing, no matter how bad his round was. He had time for everyone he met and his friendship was a joy to behold.  

In honour of Dave, TLC thought it was only right and fitting rename the Players Player Award to 

The Dave Platt Players Player Trophy.
